Over the past several years, I have gained extensive WorkForce Management experience. I have extensive product knowledge of three leading workforce management software solutions, including the business process required to ensure that a WFM solution is used to its full potential. Having been on the side of both WFM vendor/partner and WFM user/customer, I have an understanding of the entire chain from product selection to final use. The knowledge of different WFM packages gives me the ability to make the translation to the use of the (new) package in case of a replacement or migration.
